Tower type drying machines are designed to meet the grain drying needs of large agricultural enterprises with contemporary standards across the industry. Tower dryers are the highest performing dryers with ideal quality in drying. Their most important feature is their high efficiency. They are more advantageous than modular dryers by providing fuel economy through cooling without using heat recovery and additional options. ADAKURUTMA® tower type dryers are made of high-quality galvanized steel, with outer sheets made of perforated stainless steel, ensuring a longer lifespan for the dryer. Depending on its power and capacity, they are manufactured with 1 to 3 fans, and due to their internal design, they create a natural noise barrier, operating quietly and providing additional advantages.
All ADAKURUTMA® dryers are optimized to provide the correct amount of airflow. Insufficient airflow negatively affects drying capacity, while excessive airflow negatively impacts efficiency. Depending on the size of the dryer, 1 or 3 mixed flow industrial fans are used. These specially manufactured mixed flow fans are mounted inside the dryer and can operate at low speeds thanks to the belt-pulley connection. This results in low noise levels, low electricity consumption, and long fan and motor life.

ADAKURUTMA® tower dryers are designed to contain flying dust and particulate matter within the drying columns. The largest hole size in the outer sheets of the heating section is 2 mm in diameter. After passing through the grain converters, the hole size is reduced to 1.5 mm in diameter. The internal roof, grain converter, and discharge section outer sheets of the dryer are made without any holes. This minimizes the escape of particulate matter from the dryer and helps reduce emissions.
